Unfortunately, as per our terms and conditions policy, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. However, you have the option to resell or transfer your tickets since we do not require names for entry. Please note that contracting COVID or any other illness does not qualify for a refund.

In many instances, guests who are unable to locate their tickets may find that their email address was misspelt. Additionally, if you used PayPal or Apple Pay, your tickets may have been sent to the email address associated with those accounts. Please use the manage tickets button on our website, this needs to be opened on a browser that allows cookies. If you still cannot find your tickets, you can contact us at info@swfestivals.co.uk

If the event is sold out, we will not release any additional tickets or sell them at the door due to maximum capacity and health and safety regulations.

We do not have a waiting list.

The last entry time is 2 hours after the venue doors open.

Chairs of any kind are not permitted. 

No alcoholic drinks will be permitted. There will be plenty of bars at the event.

Our events are 18+ so you will require I.D. – We also have a challenge 25 policy so if you are lucky enough to look under 25 we will ask for I.D.

We will have First Aid & Welfare services available on site. 

Unfortunately not, we do not allow readmission once you have left.

Please see the below list of prohibited items. Bar searches will take place upon arrival at the event. All of the below items will be confiscated. Confiscated items will not be returned. Anyone that resists confiscation of disallowed items may be evicted.

• Any item which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon

• Cameras with detachable lens or recording equipment

• Excessive amounts of food or cigarettes may be refused entry to the site

• Fireworks

• Flares

• Garden furniture, deckchairs, fold up chairs or shooting sticks

• Glass

• Illegal substances

• Knives

• Large Umbrellas or Flag Poles

• Legal Highs

• Medications - unless in sealed, unbroken packaging

• Megaphones

• Nitrous Oxide

• Open and sealed containers of liquid/water/soft drinks/food etc

• Portable Laser Equipment or Pens

• Smoke Canisters

• Sound systems

• Spray Cans

• Un-authorised Professional Film or Video Equipment

• Unofficial tabards or reflective jackets
